RESOLUTION IV CENTRAL ASIAN CONGRESS OF UROLOGISTS OCTOBER 16-17, 2025 IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN, ALMATY CITY
CACU25 united leading specialists in the field of urology from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Korea. The main objectives of the CACU25 were:
to coordinate scientific and research, medical and diagnostic, and educational activities;
to facilitate the exchange of experience between specialists from Central Asia, Russia, and Europe in order to improve the provision of urological care;
to discuss new, experimental data in an open format.
The Congress of Urologists presented a packed two-day scientific programme on topical matters in andrology, general, pediatric, reconstructive, minimally invasive and oncological urology. At the CACU scientific forum, 25 leading speakers presented more than 50 reports on new methods of diagnosis and treatment in oncology and neurourology, and achievements in the field of innovative high technology in urology for conservative and surgical treatment of abnormalities of the genitourinary system, reconstructive interventions on the penis, and minimally invasive interventions for urolithiasis. Experts exchanged experiences and opinions.
An important achievement of the CACU25 Congress was the bringing together and exchange of experience between specialists from different countries in the field of healthcare. As part of the Congress, the European School of Urology (ESU) was organized, where reports were presented on topical matters such as prostate cancer, laparoscopy and the prospects for robot automation, and male infertility.
In order to further achieve the set goals and objectives, all participants of the Congress unanimously adopted the following forms of cooperation:
Organizing and holding joint international forums and conferences;
Exchanging experience and conducting joint research and educational work in the field of urology;
Cooperating in the provision of information and advisory services in the scientific field;
Organizing and holding the European School of Urology (ESU) on a permanent basis.
